I only take off one star because it is very expensive on Amazon. I can buy this for 4$ less at the grocery store, but they are currently out of stock. It does clump, but if you have a frother it makes quick work of smoothing it out. Update March 2026 - Changed formula, now less product and much more expensive. They have added Stevia, and it is sickeningly sweet, with an off-bitter taste. It does not cream coffee - leaves it black and bitter tasting. It is clumpy and smells bad.
