They answered me once ... *by K***L on April 25, 2018* Falling apart after a month . They answered me once but I have yet to hear back after I sent pictures . The chair didnt even last a month. Material tearing and back will not lock in upright position. ### ⭐⭐ Doesn't come up to desk height! Doesn't rock back! *by M***. on July 28, 2018* Lousy features. The Pros: Easy enough to put together and comfortable, decent leather fabric. The Cons: 1) Doesn't come up to normal desk height. My response to this was "what the heck?" Couldn't believe it. Just fine if you like typing with your arms tilted up and you want the the low to the ground look. 2) My fault on this on for not reading closer. It does not rock back. You can adjust the recline but then it locks in place with the lever. 3) The lever about snaps your fingers off when you try to release the lock so you can manually change the recline: be careful. 4) When you do release the recline lock, be careful. The seat back can go almost flat and you could just fall over backwards if you are holding yourself rigid. Now I bought it used (still brand new though in the original box) but I'm not going to send it back - way to much trouble to disassemble and repack. I am going to take it straight to Goodwill and take the tax write off which will offset some of my costs. Overall: Comfortable chair with dumb as rocks features. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by E***N on March 19, 2018* This is a very nice chair.
