Review: The best rice for risotto - I’ve been trying, struggling, to perfect risotto for many months. But it wasn’t until I found Carnaroli Risotto Rice Gazzani that I finally got it right, or, at least as good as an amateur cook can get. I used Arborio before, but the Carnaroli absorbs so much better and quicker. And, it’s creamy yet al dente. On top of that, the folks at Gazzani are terrific. I get my orders, which come from them, in a day or two and always with a personalized note from them thanking me. I buy two at a time now so I can have risotto a couple times a week. Most highly recommended.
Review: When the Ingredients Matter…. - That small businesses across America need the same support as the big guys..Over the years I have purchased speciality Italian products from Gustiamo. When the ingredients matter they are my go to purveyor…Family owned and operated..with attention to detail… Ciao Gusti Team
