As far as I'm concerned, a cookbook without photos is useless, so when I started flipping the pages of this book, I was in heaven! The photos are absolutely gorgeous...So, I rarely (if ever) make or eat cake. I write a "healthy" food blog. Holidays are exceptions to the rule. My husband and I decided our Christmas menu will feature one of Dini's amazing creations... the conundrum is which? The Pistachio Rose Saffron Cheesecake is calling  my name, but hubby is salivating over the Fudgy Pistachio Baklava Cake. First world problems!As I mentioned, the photography is stunning, but I have to mention how easy to follow the recipes are. As a food blogger, I recognize a clearly laid out and well-written recipe. I look forward to making our first of many of these beautiful desserts on Christmas day!

It has creative combinations but as much as i read through it I didn't get inspiration to bake from it, it wasn't appealing it did have pictures on almost all recipes the steps are simple for the most part  mostly cheesecakes I was looking more for cakes and pastries the book is not for me but I would recommend it if you love.
