A clear strong pick-up when auscultating the chest and bowel sounds, as for heart sounds ...its okay. It's well made and although it's not a Litmans, its not far off. The head and diaphragm aren't quite the same quality but then then its half the price. I've used mine everyday for just over a year in all conditions ( I'm a Paramedic ) It's been thrown in the bottom of my bag, stood on, dropped, caught in door handles etc and it's taken me over a year to break it so its pretty robust. I'm here to order another replacement so that's the best recommendation I can offer.
