Review: This eliminates pain. - I am a 57 year old male who goes to the gym 5 times a week. I do a very intense weight lifting regiment 3 of those days. I was an athlete in my youth, I was in the service as an adult and have held very physical jobs in my life. These have resulted in knee surgeries, back surgery, shoulder injuries and others. This is the first supplement that simply eliminated my joint pain, not improved, not made it tolerable, but ABSOLUTELY ELIMINATED IT. I have tried several other brands, including the one advertised by John Walsh. Personally, I'll never go back.

**Q: What is the expiration time frame?**
A: Empty the bottle, rinse with soap and water, allow to air dry, using a magnifying glass and black light you'll be able to see the exp date on the inside of the bottle. Just messing. Look on the bottom of the bottle.

**Q: How long before a difference is noticed for sore/stiff knees?**
A: I took took fish oil twice a day and (3) joint warfare tablets in the morning for a week straight when the results started to become evident. Keep in mind this is an anti inflammatory supplement so depending on his inflamed your joints are will depend on how quickly you’ll see results. However if I don’t take them for more than 2 days I definitely feel the stiffness come back. Get the warfare and some fish/Kril oil and go jack some steel.

**Q: Can women take it?**
A: Yes women can take it. It doesn't have anything within it that affects men more than women or vice versa.

**Q: Why doesn't he include Chondroitin ?**
A: Yes, absolutely!
