I am 5'6 - These stocking are great! I am 5'6, 130 lbs and got a med pair. They fit perfectly and go all the way up my thigh. The material is really nice - I can wear them with skirts and no one knows they are compression. I have been wearing them for a week and they haven't snagged. They stay up as well as a thigh high can and are comfortable. I didn't think I would like it wrapping around my heel, but I do. The only thing I don't like is they tend to bunch behind my knee after awhile. But if I pull them up, it goes away. Overall - a great purchase! I’ve he ones from Lemon Hero but do not have blood clots and cannot advice about what would be good for you. **Q: Can they be worn at night?** A: After having a total knee replacement I wore mine at night for the first 90 days. It provides fantastic support, but not too much that you can't relax and rest. This is a perfect choice in support! **Q: What's the return policy?** A: That I do not know. I have never had a pair that did not fit. As the swelling in my legs went down I got a small size, etc. Now I have a complete set, one to the knee and one to the thigh. **Q: How to care for stockings** A: Hi Trudy - We recommend either hand washing or machine washing the thigh high compression hose on a delicates setting. Use cool to warm water and mild detergent. If you are using a machine a small laundry pouch such as is used for lingerie or hosiery will help protect them better, but it isn't necessary. Once washed lay them out to air dry. Never use a drier or hot air to dry them, and never wring them out or stretch them while wet. While they can normally be worn for around three months, we recommend starting to replace them after 2 months to ensure you have the necessary compression. Since then, I've done very well with my knee, and I'm pain free! How did I get here? I realized that the reason I couldn't recover properly was the swelling that I've had in that leg. Over the years it has been pretty constant. So I got these hose and I didn't look back! Great product, they last a long time, and they are comfortable. They aren't as "orange" as the TET hose, IMO.
