However, they do give you some doubleside sticky discs for inside the cups to "permanently" install to the window. There are other mounting brackets as well for various choices in installing. The lights work great. I only wish there was more of an indicator as to what pattern is being used. I'd prefer 4 or 5 patterns to make it easier to jump through to the needed "arrow" or flash..
