It was set a bit too tight for my big head, but it adjusted easily. It has a nice silky cover that blocks light effectively without putting pressure on the eyes, and the cooling gel is really relaxing. Because the strap is adjustable, I put it over my forehead for a headache - nice comfortable cooling without the "ice pack" slipping off my head when I moved! Also, the silky cover keeps the gel cooling pad from feeling too cold against the eyelids.
