Since this is for LGA1155 socket and the Dell Inspiron 560 is using Socket LGA 775. I hope this helps. **Q: what exactly does renewed mean?** A: IMO used. **Q: Will this work on my Dell latitude e6430 that is currently an i5?** A: The Dell latitude e6430 is laptop, no? Not sure I could suggest trying to replace the cpu unless it's designed to be replaced. In any case, from what I could find, no. Laptop CPUs use a different form factor.
