I think it still has the added film grain but it doesn't seem as harsh and fake looking as previous versions. Could see it was a US import but some of the reviews said it worked on UK region B bluray players so took the chance. Presentation is good but delivery packaging was not the best as others have pointed out corner of box takes tiny bit of damage but no enough to warrenty a return. So far watched season 1 & 2 with no issues, excellent feature called marathon play so you get the intro on first episode on the disc then it just plays the episodes back to back. Picture Qaulity is great, I have been watching on a 65 inch oled and the sound is true HD which is fantastic. Was so impressed with this boxset I turned to Ebay and picked up DBSuper bluray which is also awesome.
