Just hook the type-c part to the phone, and the HDMI part to a monitor. It works now! So simple! No drivers to install or anything!- No lag: As shown in my video, no lag was present, and the response time is perfectly synced with both devices.- Compatibility: This awesome HDMI cable worked very well with my Galaxy S8 Plus, and ASUS PG348 ROG Ultrawide Gaming Monitor.- Awesome Textures: The cable is built of very high quality material. Both outputs ends are rubberized, which is awesome. The cable is insulated by a nice fabric with black / gray texture.- Strap: I like that it came with a cable strap to tie the cable up when finished with it. Not only that, but the strap is microfiber type. The strap is of course reusable and durable.- Cons: None.- Conclusion: Perfect way to cast my S8 Plus display to my monitor to play videos and games, etc.. When I first got it, I was very happy with the quality of the cable. it feels well made, and snaps into place in the back of the TV and also the monitor with a nice feel. It doesn't feel like it is going to fall out, like some of the other cables I have tried have been.
