Take an interval of at least 2 hours. Anti-epileptics (phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone) lower the blood level of vitamin K and of vitamin D (excluding valproic acid). Contraindications Do not use with anticoagulants (acenocoumarol, phenprocoumon or warfarin). Vitamin K2 reduces the effect of these medicines.
