    Perfect Shape vs. Perfect "Feet"

This product was very good for keeping the macarons the same shape, which is what I was looking for. I did lightly spray the pan with baking spray, as I was concerned that the cookies would stick... they did not. However, the reason I gave this product a 4 instead of a 5 was that the "feet" of the macaron did not develop as nicely as they do when I just use parchment paper. I am assuming this is due to the circular ridge on the pan that restricts the batter from losing it's shape. So, it's a small trade-off... perfect feet or perfect shape. I would recommend this product.

     Did the job really well.  Macaron shells did not stick, came off easily (I actually used the tip of a toothpick to nudge the cookies and they popped right off) and the pan was easy to clean.  Will most definitely recommend.
