Received extremely scratched up to bare metal in many spots with large blotches of paint missing. Plastic handle severely cracked down the middle. Entirely unusable. Not understanding how this was packaged from the manufacturer to prevent this from happening. Heavy Metal Pad and Bolt Free to Roam within box. Jack wedges against itself; scratching itself; requiring a repaint. Ordered a replacement for a retry. If this was a manufacturer spec package; they could have split the boxes to reduce their weight from over 70 lbs and prevent damaged product from back-logging their logistics and devaluing their inventory.
