I have a feeling Americans who are putting these together are expecting them to be like US candy. Well Japanese candy is NOT the same, t is on average much less sweet and has less sugar. It also is quite often sticky or gummy because in Japan gummy textures are loved, such as with mochi. I love Japanese candy much more than USA candy. Do not expect US sickeningly sweet flavors, keep an open mind and learn new things! It can be fun. I think the strawberry paste in here is so yummy! Light flavor, typical texture for many many Japanese treats. The cones are just normal cones and the sprinkles are regular sprinkles. These kits are so much cute fun to put together I will be buying several others soon. Shipping takes a long time but hey, its FREE shipping all the way from Japan guys. Thats great!
