I put them in my daughters room near the ceiling and found the adhesive it came with was not strong enough which made for a frustrating setup. I ended up having to use super glue. Other than the bad adhesive, the lights are great!Edit: Make sure you get the warranty. It doesn't cost much, but I overlooked it and now there's nothing I can do about the fact the red lights stopped working throughout the strip.
