This has made my firm mattress super comfortable and much softer!!! Seriously the best sleep I've had in years!!! It does run a little warm once you lay in one spot for a long time, but thats when I fling the covers off and enjoy the cold air for a while. I love the straps that literally hug underneath the mattress. The only thing I would say, is change the dimensions. There's no way that it's 4 inches thick!!!
