My thoughts and suggestions on this are..... 1.. The quality control at factory/makers should NOT of passed them. Definitely not to seller without an alert to seller to discount item at least.. 2. Those who received bad item ? Should of returned it for an exchange OR bought it again. . I DID I admit, send message (basically similar to what I posted as my question. Quoting. If damaged or not finished correctly, if it was fake bone or Damascuss ? It would be returned immediately. I have a suspicion that possibly seller had opened box to actually look at knife. (Was extra tape on box ). Thst being said ??? YES I AM 110% HAPPY. It is strong, solid, well made, and sharp, cuts paper. ( All my knives do, kitchen,workshop,penknives, or hunting/ fishing. Sharp is safe. Dull is danger. That's what I was taught. I recently paid aprox Β£30 for "An original lambsfoot knife",street legal ( in uk) penknife. Had about 3 months and I just gave it away. It never reallyfeltsafeto me.and the scales ( handle) I am sure was plastic. Blade was sharp and held an edge, but badly cast. It looked like it would snap as soon as.. No I wanted a real penknife. Granted I initially wanted something smaller than this. HOWEVER ????? Ikept seeing DAMASCUS . ALL my kitchen knives are top quality Damascuss. I wouldn't have different. I do love this metal and is PERFECT for knife blades. As said thus one is already sharp. Not sharp enough for me.so the whet stones will soon be out. Tbh It cuts paper now. I am even going to try a shave with it .then ? It will be razor sharp and NOOOOO I wont shave with it.. The size of it ? Wow it actually Looks Bigger than legal should be.in uk. pleasantly surprised Also the Weight on it ???. Omg beautiful. Perfect weight. The craftsman ship on this has been realy well done. . From the Damascus folds on blade to the tension bars for blade sipprt on back of handle, beautifull it is a piece of art. I could talk about this all day, I love it.now I want thst Β£180 ( aprox " Damascus with lovely colours ) So I guessI should say don't buy or they all be gone πŸ€”πŸ˜­ But I cant.I gotta speak the truth for this product. The bade is just over 3 inches in total length, Sharpened section just under 3 inches. Total open length is 7.5 inches. It looks well made and solid. There are three faint marks on left side of handle but nothing to worry about. Handle is 4.5 inches in length.
