Review: Uncle Henry camp/scout knife - A great camp knife. reminds me of one of the knives I used in the mid 60s while part of the Boy Scout Club. Blades are sharp ready for service, can opener required some light grinding along the inside edge of the opener to improve cutting of a tin can, everything else proved to perform as the ones I used from the 50s and 60s during my adventures then.
Review: It reminds me of my childhood - I love folding knives. Most of mine are Victorinox (and my favourite is a Case XX Slimline Trapper). I bought this Uncle Henry Scout because it is very much like the Cub Scout knife I had when I was a Cub Scout and a Webelos Scout. That knife, 50 years ago, had brown scales and a Cub Scout logo inset. This Uncle Henry has stag scales and no Cub Scout logo, but it's got the same blades: Knife, can opener, bottle opener, straight-blade screwdriver, and awl. It's not an especially high-quality knife like my Victorinox or Case ones, but it's pretty good quality and gives me some nice nostalgia.
