Following a full frontal hysterectomy this cushion set has been fantastic to help me rest on the couch and to sleep in a zero gravity chair with good and comfortable support (the pieces are lightm enough to take from couch to bed). Very good quality: good material, sturdy, and firm yet soft/comfortable. The thinner half-cylinder cushions were perfect for the small curves my body (neck and lumbar); I just wish there were four of them instead of three, as I would have used them as arm rests too, as they are so comfortable. They can be used right away without instructions but the photos show you how you can use the Velcro tabs to keep the pieces in place as you like them. I will continue using them to watch movies while laying on the couch … the little pocket on the side for my thin TV remote is very handy! :). I am not very worried about washability as I mostly cover it with a sheet. Review: GREAT value for the money, has excellent support for you. The pillow is very stout and holds up to weight very well.
