Most of the time a blocked drain can be cured by either disturbing the blockage and breaking it down or by pulling it out. The Grafter 12 Piece Drain Rod Set allows you to tackle a blocked drain without a professionals advice or help. Not only could you be saving yourself money and time, but regular maintenance of your drainage system is good practice and can make your drains more efficient. Included are 10 x 920mm long rods, a 100mm rubber plunger for creating pressure and a 50mm double worm screw (used to retrieve objects), all that is needed to effectively challenge a blocked drain. Review: Did The Job - Bought because of blocked drain and these were on offer at a sensible price. Did the job although, as others have said elsewhere, you might need the smaller screw head... purchased separately, depending upon the job. Review: Good to have for emergencies. - Excellent tool to have in a hand for emergencies. Only had to use it the once and it did the job of unblocking an outside drain. It does feel quite flimsy, so for frequent use I'd recommend a more premium product. But for a 'worst case' tool, I'm glad I've got it. ## Features - Included are 10 x 920mm long rods, a 100mm rubber plunger for creating pressure and a 50mm double worm screw - Ideal for professionals or for domestic use home - 9 metres in length when fully assembled - Can also be used for chimney sweeping ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01N0D7SJW | | Batteries Required? | No | | Batteries included? | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 501,353 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 981 in Drain Augers | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (147) | | Date First Available | 14 Nov. 2016 | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Manufacturer | Optiproducts | | Manufacturer reference | GDR12P | | Part Number | GDR12P | ## Images ![GRAFTER GDR12P, 12PC Drain Rod Set 9 Metre, Heavy Duty Professional Plunger Double Worm Screw, Unblock Drainage Pipes Cleaning Gutter Road Unblocker - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41E25zr4hXS.jpg) ![GRAFTER GDR12P, 12PC Drain Rod Set 9 Metre, Heavy Duty Professional Plunger Double Worm Screw, Unblock Drainage Pipes Cleaning Gutter Road Unblocker - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31hFB-YerUS.jpg) ![GRAFTER GDR12P, 12PC Drain Rod Set 9 Metre, Heavy Duty Professional Plunger Double Worm Screw, Unblock Drainage Pipes Cleaning Gutter Road Unblocker - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21Q5KtWNtKS.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What size are the threads?** A: I left all my thread gauges at work when I retired.
