The cup is rather big and heavy. The little ones do not know that they need to till their head backwards a bit to tip the cup for the water to come. So if you add little water the baby cannot get to it. If you add too much then the cup is too heavy to lift. I tried to remove the valve that makes it non-drip (which means the baby needs to suck to get to the water), it still did not make it easier. It only took our daughter a week to learn to drink from a small cup, so my opinion is no need to buy a sippy cup at all. ### ⭐⭐ Wrong item was sent by the retailer *by C***R on 1 March 2014* It wasn't as described in the picture. The milligram writing wasn't in colour, so it is quite awkward to look up the numbers. Spout wasn't like in the picture. Quite heavy when liquid is in the bottle, to lift up for drinking.Looks great on picture, unusual, but was sent wrong item.Retailer as far as remember agreed for return, but wouldn't pay for postage, so it wasn't worth returning the item at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great *by B***Y on 29 April 2014* I bought a selection of drinking vessels for my twins in order to move from bottles to cups. They tested 4 different types but immediately took to these for milk.
