**Q: I move around a lot. Is there any ideas out there what I can do to put them on the wall and take them out whenever?**
A: I do that as well. I use Velcro strips and cut them to small squares for each corner and just reapply a new sticky piece for the other side to stick to a wall etc. when ready to reapply elsewhere

**Q: Does it come with a sticky side to put on the wall?**
A: it does not come with  a sticky side  + I used a staple gun worked for me

**Q: Do these provide any thermal insulation too?**
A: I would say no. It is a very breathable foam. I have it in my sound booth and it gets pretty hot in there but I also have 1/2 insulation board in there.

**Q: Are these waterproof? Could I use outdoor?**
A: I don't recommend using outdoors.
