## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I choose the right size fan? (Note: The 42" size is the fan's total diameter, not the length of one blade.)**
A: A simple way is to compare it to your bed. Our 42" fan is about the width of a Twin bed (39"), perfect for smaller bedrooms or offices. For rooms with a Queen (60") or King (76") bed, we recommend our 52" or larger fans for a balanced look.

**Q: As a renter, can I install this fan without drilling or damaging my ceiling?**
A: Yes! Our fan is renter-friendly. If your ceiling has a standard electrical junction box (where a light fixture is usually installed), you can mount it directly. No new holes, drilling, or structural damage. It's the perfect, damage-free upgrade!

**Q: Can I use my existing wall dimmer, fan speed, or smart switch with this fan?**
A: IMPORTANT: No. As a DC motor fan, it must not be connected to any dimmer, fan speed, or smart switch. Use a standard On/Off wall switch only. Also, the fan and light cannot be wired separately.

**Q: What if I lose the remote or the LED light fails? Do I have to replace the whole fan?**
A: No, you'll never need a full replacement. If the remote is lost, the memory function lets you use a wall switch for temporary control. Replacement remotes and LED light kits will be in stock. Just keep the manual and reach out to us for a quick fix.

**Q: My fan isn't working. Do I need to hire an electrician to fix the problem right away? It's so expensive.**
A: Before you call an electrician, we can help! We offer step-by-step troubleshooting videos for common issues, which often solve the problem without a professional. This can save you time and money. The video links are in your user manual.

I recently installed the Amico Fan, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is solid and feels premium, with smooth operation and reliable performance. Installation was surprisingly simple — the instructions were clear, and everything fit together without hassle. Customer service was another standout. The team was responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. On top of all that, the fan looks fantastic. Its clean, modern appearance adds a polished touch to the room. Overall, the Amico Fan delivers great value and an excellent experience from start to finish. Update: During installation the wireless unit for remote was faulty kept turning fan on by itself, I reached out to Amico customer support they immediately dispatched a replacement unit, which worked great. They reached out to confirm if everything was working. Update: Amico Support reached out six months later to confirm if everything is still working fine with the fan not only that they offered to extend the warranty of the fan and various other benefits. This is absolutely the best customer service I have seen.
