It's easy to fit, been out in the rain and storm or a few days ago (june 22nd 2016) and therefore was left under the rain, battering rain and winds - and it didn't get off. Happy with that. I would recommend this item, no problem at all, and i'm considering buying another one for the back wheel too. Of course, to avoid getting your bike stolen, multiply the security - I also bought a good chain and lock, and I have a ground anchor for the front driveway - surely they won't try to steal my bike again! It's well constructed, easy to use and must have a good battery life as I haven't changed the batteries since I bought it 7 moths ago. The alarm isn't very loud, but it does enough to attract attention in the area where I use it.
