They are just as described, powerful and premium quality. I suffer from chronic rhinitis and these have definitely helped me. 10gms last for ages as you need a very small quantity and they are strong enough to provide a good steam. I use them with my inhaler twice a day and have been relatively free from blocked nose since I have started with these. However, this may sound petty but I hate the packaging, it comes in a small plastic bag which once you open there is no way to seal it again. You either have to tip it into a bottle or you put a rubberband around it. It would be preferable to either get them in a resealable bag or a small bottle. It makes it easier to store and safer to use. I ended up spilling my last order as i just didnt have a tiny bottle to store 10gm and I didn't have a small ziploc bag.
