Like its easy to touch its just quite warm is this right?** A: Yes of course that’s right, it’s low voltage, I always use my cover too, for quicker drying. I'm trying to tackle mould from drying the clothes around the house** A: In instructions they mentioned the dryer have to be based close to the open window for water disappear. I personally have massive dehumidifier which I use with it. I put cover on the drying airer and I force inside the dehumidifier. Personally if you have damp issues ( which I have) you will be better off to buying hot air tumble dryer. That what I have done **Q: What's the warranty on this please ?** A: 3 years, as far as I'm aware. If purchased from Lakeland directly, all 3 years warranty is via them; if purchased through Amazon, the first year is covered by Amazon, and the remaining 2 via Lakeland (I think, or it may ve 2 tears Amazon, 1 year Lakeland, really tired whilst typing this, so please excuse me). Lakeland tend to be informed automatically if an item is purchased via Amazon, and will have a record of your details on their system (although please double check). We got one with the cover which defo seems to help.The only issue we have found is that the bottom rail does not dry clothes very well if they are just hanging over the rails. We have found that if we lay socks / underwear on the bottom rail, they dry well. You can get nets that cover the rails, but we've found these are not required.We have not figured how much it costs in electricity yet, however with the cover on, if you leave it on over night, the clothes are dry, and the room its in is also warm.We have had no incidence of condensation or mold formation.The dryer itself folds away nicely. The cover can be unzipped to cover the whole kit, or it can be zipped up to cover the kit when its folded away. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant *by R***A on 28 November 2024* This product is very useful.
