This bar is a MUST HAVE if you work with elastic bands. You’re guaranteed to find a comfortable grip and the great build quality absolutely guarantees a long life. What’s especially great about this bar is that you can either hook up your elastic band with a carabiner in the middle of the bar or at the ends. This bar will transform your workout as I find it versatile for both tri and bi workouts not to mention the back/lats. The plastic texture will be easy on the hands and it will save a lot of time during workouts since it has has so many uses.
