Mind you this is a bulky 10Kg mattress!So i contacted Amazon directly to see if they could get the sellers to pay for it , I was told the sellers would come back to me shortly.2 weeks down the line I am still waiting to hear from them. I regret not buying from Bodymould (also selling on Amazon) who are a bit more expensive, but have fantastic quality mattresses (I previously bought from them).
