Review: Good flavour, protein amount and feels like a treat! - Very good protein bars that actually taste decent! It kinda reminds me of "Lion Bar", but much slimmer. In my opinion, it's very good for only 99 calories and 10g of protein! And as a petite person trying to increase my protein intake and lower my weight (with exercise and diet), these also feel like a treat. I think the protein amount actually keeps me full for a short while so it's perfect for my petite body as a snack in-between meals - I usually have one with a cup of herbal tea! I've even had two a day when out and about yet need to manage my macro values. Flavour wise, the caramel one is best IMO, and the Fudge Brownie flavour is my second choice (good if you like dark chocolate).
