The metal organizer is sturdy and has anti-scuff pads to keep items safe from scratching. The model I purchased is 12 inches long with a total depth (including brackets) of 5.5 inches. Each shelf is 1.75 inches in depth. The holder pockets are 6 inches in height and the back is 8 inches tall. You could fit two or more of the pencil holders on one organizer. I believe this product provides great value for the expected sale value. I would suggest making the pencil / office product holder taller because items can drop out of the holder if bumped. I am thankful for the black color because it matches my desk. The clamps are not sticky; rather, the clamps have scratch protectors. I was surprised how easy it was to attach this organizer. The height of the product is well chosen. I can store my laptop, mini laptop, and e-reader in the pockets. Good product. I ordered two. 🙂

This side storage holder is AWESOME. The dusty pink is perfect in my bedroom. It's much heavier and sturdier than I expected. I'm using it in between my bed and nightstand to hold my phone, books, remotes, etc. My room is tiny and so are my nightstands, so anything that helps with clutter is much appreciated!
