Very sturdy. I have Neuropathy and can't balance myself to exercise but this chair helps me get good quality exercises. Love the attachment that helps me get a better stretch when using.

I'm 71 and have returned to stretching, and now some yoga, some Fitness Boxing 3, some Ring-Con Adventure!, and I was using the walls or a chair for balance assistance, and the walls is a kludge and my kitchen chairs were getting wobbly and falling apart. This Yoga Chair is very heavy duty, and solid. Most folding chairs are like a collapsible crutch, and can occasion serious injuries. AND, if WW3 breaks out, maybe we can melt it down for tank armor? I've dropped down 25 pounds to 195, and while rated to 350 pounds, less than 200 pounds is nothing for this chair. AND nothing tells an old lady you love her, like her Yoga Chair! She can sit in the chair and move her arms about, like she hasn't moved them in half a century!

Good quality

Amazon left package near my gate in the rain, rather than deliver to my front porch. Box was a bit banged up, including a small hole, but chair inside was fine. Appears to be very well made, and perfect for my chair yoga practice. The posters were just tossed in the box, so were bent and a bit damaged. I rolled them up, which hopefully will improve some of the creases and bent corners.

Really disappointed with the purchase. It stated that the item is nearly new. But this one was broken and lost a piece of item and not being used anymore!

Perfect for me

This chair is sturdy for Iyengar yoga and restorative supported poses. It has a pad on the chair which Iyengar chairs don’t usually have but it has not interfered with my home practice so far. I do not think I will be using the extension piece as that is not used in traditional yoga; however, if I try it and it works for me I may use it occasionally. This was the lowest priced metal backless folding chair I could find on Amazon with the fastest shipping.
