I haven't found anything that works as good for remaining non stick as these are. I am convinced thrre isnt anything out thats better at making baked on burt on stuff come off with zero effort. Burnt fat? Burnt baked on sugar or chocolate? Flakes off like candle wax with a small plastic scraper. I actually have to be gentle because the stuff comes off so easy it goes flying off the pans!

**Q: Can you please tell me if it is the interior or the exterior that is 13”x9?**
A: I have an 8”x8” pan. The sides tapper. The inside bottom measurement is 7x7 and the inside top measurement is 8”x8”.

All of my Green Pan products have been worth the money. I have 2 cookie sheet pans and this set plus the bread pans. I haven't found anything that works as good for remaining non stick as these are. We love these pans and have a set of frying pans we purchased at another outlet. They require specific handling (ex. don't use non-stick cooking spray, use oil or butter instead, use only gentle soap and non-abrasive sponges) but the fact they are PFAS free, etc. makes it worth it. They are very heavy and the stick-free feature is all it claims. They're pricey, but if you watch for a sale, they're worth it and I believe they will last a long time.
