It made me drowsy enough that I feel asleep easily even though I was still nausea by bedtime. I also have a condition called vestibular migraines which sometimes cause vomiting. These suppositories are the only thing that will stop the vomiting once it has started (when it is inner-ear related). Zofran, promethazine, and other nausea meds don't work for me. Thank goodness for this company. I wish the USA company Dramamine would make their product in suppository form. Review: WORKS GREAT - Too bad it's not available since I purchased in January. I was feeling motion sickness a few years ago and was on vacation in the US and Canada Rockies from the bus ride to Canada.
