The quality is alright but not the best. It's a bit wobbly but still sturdy enough to hold the weight of the screen with no problem. We're using it right now on a TV Unit in the living room. No problems at all. Recommend it! Please check online to verify with Amazon. **Q: Will this work for model lc-65d64u?** A: Not certain. You would have to look at the back of your tv to see if you have holes and screws that fit the dimensions of our TV. For my TV I had to buy smaller screws and washers to fit the bracket as the set that came with this unit was universal and for the newer TV's.
