I apparently have a poor ventilation fan in my bathroom because every so many months I get black mildew on the ceiling over my tub. So annoying climbing up there to clean it. This stuff I spay on and come back hours later and its all gone!! Word of caution. It smells like straight bleach. I don't know what's in it but that's what it smells like. Even with my arm fully distended trying not to be right under it I was inhaling the small droplets and let me tell you burned lungs are not good. I googled it and apparently breathing in these types of fumes can cause permanent lung damage if it doesn't kill you! So second time I used it I put on a N(95 mask, opened the widow and turned on the exhaust fan while trying to not stand under it and not create a lot of raining down droplets at once. That was better. Also it will bleach out any clothes your wearing and any towels , curtains, rugs that are around so remove all that. I close the bathroom door for the day and let it do it's thing. Bonus the areas that I cleaned stay clean alot longer!! Like its been 9 month or more and the black mold hasn't come back in those areas. At least on my ceiling. Now the caulk in my tub is another story. It comes back. But it does clean it well when I use it there. Just let it sit and work.
