### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wiring is too short

Reversing a larger vehicle into tight parking spots is stressful without a screen. Mounting the metal bracket above the number plate was easy enough, but drilling a hole to feed the cable through the boot lid felt risky. The video feed on the dashboard screen is surprisingly sharp during the day. The wide-angle lens captures a massive area behind the car, making blind spots practically disappear. In low light, the sensor adjusts well, picking up details clearly under streetlights. The video cable supplied in the box is simply not long enough for a medium-sized estate car. I had to splice in an extra length of wire to reach the front dashboard. The metal housing feels solid and has survived several heavy rainstorms without any water fogging up the glass lens. It makes reversing much safer, but the inadequate cable length turns a simple installation into a complicated wiring project.
