However, it is pretty long so if you wanted to tie it in a knot for exercises, that works pretty well. **Q: Are these made with Latex? I like them but have had irritation when wearing them and have a latex allergy so need to know gel type** A: Yes these do contain latex. Theraband does make latex free resistance bands. **Q: Just received my theraband in red. Why did it have white chalk/dust all over it?** A: Without the talc the theraband gets very difficult to work with. **Q: is this theraband free of latex?** A: I saw on the Amazon website that they had bands that are latex or latex-free.
