I used the unflavored version in the past and it was ok. However, this flavor is really great and an improvement. I wish this was the flavor for MR’s L-Theanine too that I just got, but am ok with that one being lemon lime for now. I love that this one is easy to dose and is at a lower price point than some other brands. I love that it is Vegan and also doesn’t contain any other ingredients. It’s hard sometimes on Amazon to find the Vitamin or Supplement you are looking for without it containing multiple other things. I can’t usually buy those because I already take them separately or it’s in some other supplement I take. So, I like that Mary Ruth’s are simple and to the point of what I need. I love the bright colors of the packaging and easy to read labeling. I believe that Mary Ruth’s are great quality and I always receive my shipment of their vitamins quickly each time I order new ones or reorder ones I am out of. I like that they are in great formulations like tinctures like this Zinc or as vegan Gummies or as a liquid. My Daughter can’t swallow pills due to Autism and Arfid, so these are very helpful for her too.
