Do the fans rotate.... yes... do they rotate at the speed described, absolutely not. At the highest setting I averaged 2700 RPM. Not 4500 like it suggests. There's only 2 fans and this thing has some size to it. With the fans on, and how they are positioned, it is NOT direct flow as it suggests. Instead, it has to force air out sides and because the RPM is garbage, you can't feel any air flow. I.E. you're buying a light strip. 9/16/25-- what a giant POS. it hasn't even been a month. One of the fans stopped working completely. The other is not far behind it. Making a grinding noise. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
