Review: Good quality long lasting tool - A good quality framing tool for artists that do their own framing. We used this point driver for many years in our frame shop and never had any problem with it. A good quality long lasting tool. Review: Not much of a crafter ... just wanted better quality framing - I am not a crafter but wanted better quality framing so I did some research and read these reviews, and decided to go for this more expensive model because other reviews said it was sturdy and more of a quality product. They were right and I love it. The spouse and I have just finished a surge of undone framing projects and this thing works like a charm. It sees well made. I like that it is metal and not plastic and I've had zero issues. I purchased their framing points with it and they are just as good. You need them because the box comes with no points ... I presumed they would come with a few starters, but they do not. Even the box is nice because it gives you a good keeper storage box for the device and the staple things. I've wanted a good one of these for years, and I'm glad to have it. I recommend you spend a little extra and buy this nicer tool. As in how many times can you change out the picture before they fail?** A: I have used these points before and bent them back and forth about 10 times at least and they did not snap. **Q: Have need for repair of fletcher pointer. Wher can I get it repaired?** A: Ask a local custom frame shop. I own a frame shop and have had mine cleaned/repaired by my framing supply distributor. Thanks.** A: I dont believe so. I used w picture frames of various woods and dont remember any problems. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality long lasting tool *by T***H on May 1, 2026* A good quality framing tool for artists that do their own framing.
