I love how small it is compared to the transmitter that came with the truck, which was almost as big as the truck! Perfect to have your rc car moving along with you while walking, since you can walk normally with your arms down instead of holding a controller with both hands. Was very easy to set up. The instructions are really poorly written, but there are some youtube videos made by the company that explain things better. One thing not mentioned in the instructions is that channels 3 and 4 work as toggles. This was perfect for me because I needed a toggle to change transmission speeds.
