Review: Faulty pump – poor quality control – left me stranded - I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. The pump was dead when it arrived – no air would come out no matter how much I pumped it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this defect after I'd already attached it to my cycle tyre. The real problem began when I was trying to get a secure connection. While struggling to attach the pump properly to the valve, a significant amount of air escaped from my tyre. By the time I realised the pump wasn't actually working at all, my tyre had gone from properly inflated to completely flat. So not only did I receive a non-functioning product, but it actually made my situation worse by deflating my perfectly good tyre in the process. I was left with no way to pump it back up again and couldn't use my bike at all. For a product that's supposed to solve a problem, this created a much bigger one. The pump appears to have a fundamental manufacturing defect. Very poor quality control from the manufacturer. I would strongly advise others to avoid this product and look for a more reliable alternative. Returned for a full refund.
