### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is like the sequel to "Boundaries

This is like the sequel to "Boundaries: When to Say Yes, When to Say No to Take Control of Your Life" (which I HIGHLY recommend). It gives a much more indepth look at all the different types of people who have an extremely difficult time setting up their own boundaries as well as those who have no respect/ understanding of other's boundaries. It looks into the possible "whys" behind those peoples behavior and how to establish your own boundaries with people that are just extra difficult in respecting your boundaries. It's been extremely helpful in me and my family's journey to learn boundaries!

It's great when there are truths that challenge you to look not just at others but more importantly towards your own innerself.This book will help you potentially see the challenges in dealing with button pushers but more importantly look inside to see why you have buttons that can be pushed and be responsible for your ownself and be responsible towards others.It's a great book to have and read and apply.

VERY HELPFUL book. EASY TO READ. The description suggests that honesty, accountability, and self-reflection are secular ideas...the writer of that statement clearly does not know ancient Orthodox Christianity.
