Took me about 15mins to fully assemble. The LCD isnโ€™t the best as far as info on it, but the app is pretty good. It even has different training videos and the app when connected to the machine will tell you how fast you are rowing and how fast you should be based on the time and intensity of the training. Really nice feature I wasnโ€™t expecting from this. Iโ€™m 6โ€™3 and Iโ€™m able to use the machine and go back fully without hitting the end. I have about 2 inches more I could go back, so Iโ€™d say 6โ€™5 would be my guess as the limit. The rail is very smooth, better than I was expecting at this price point. Resistance levels are great. When I first got on I rowed fro about 10 seconds and thought this was way to easy at level 13. But once I started for 5+ minutes, I had to turn that down pretty fast. This rowing machine was very easy to assemble and set up. He has already rolled the "odometer" passing 10,000 pulls. The machine is working flawlessly. It is very smooth and very well made.
