Once I shaved a little plastic from the sides & drilled 4 holes to secure fan to housing. Attached wires to original factory clip. I also found the wire from fan are directional. Mount the the turn on fan pushes air reverse the wiring and it pulls air... Very happy works better than OE fan & way less expensive.
