Took an hour. Unfortunately the unicorn heads were defective because they would not stand up when inflated and I had to buy 2 new ones. Package delivered today, and what was described in the description is not what I received. My grand daughter 1st birthday is Saturday, and I have no time to send this back for a replacement. 64pc balloons, turned into 9 balloons (pink, lite pink, and blue only) a few balloons had holes in them through the package. And no stand for the arch. Now I have to rig this up to make it work because this unicorn arch is what she wanted.
