The light from these bulbs is tinted towards orange by way of the glass lacquer, that’s what I wanted for the table lamp, it’s not aggressive, it’s ambient and calm for evening low level coverage. If I were to have purchased for a dining room main light, I’d have gone for 40 + watts and clear.
