The product arrived in great shape and the instructions are simple and very clear for a average person to understand. Actually, I would call them idiot proof instructions because we not a tech people at all and it was very simple to understand. Since we consider this an investment for us, we did purchase the four year extra warranty thru desertcart because this is a lot of money for us to spend. We plan on purchasing a mini refrigerator to use with this solar generator too.
